Shipping Policy

We offer standard and express delivery, as well as store pickup where available. Standard shipping takes about 3–7 business days, while express takes 1–3 days. Orders are processed Monday to Friday and usually ship within 1–2 business days, though busy seasons may cause delays.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method, location, and order size. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link. Some areas or items may have delivery restrictions, and failed deliveries may be returned to us.

If your order is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact customer service for help—replacements or refunds may be issued. International orders may involve customs fees. Address changes aren’t always possible after placing an order, so reach out quickly if needed.
